Our delivery personnel will refuse to hand over alcohol to any person who appears to be under 18 years of age, regardless of the name on the order.
Our delivery personnel will refuse to hand over alcohol to any person who appears to be intoxicated at the time of delivery.
Where delivery is lawfully refused on any of these grounds, Thirsti reserves the right to retain the delivery as required under its licence obligations.
Proof of age documents collected for age verification purposes are used solely for that purpose and are handled securely in accordance with this policy.
9. Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
